Ashish Sharma joined Headlands Capital in 2024 as a Senior Associate and works on the Headlands Capital Secondary Program. Prior to joining Headlands Capital, Mr. Sharma was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he provided analytic support for a diversified portfolio of more than 50+ private equity investments, real estate loans & RLOCs in the US region. Before joining Goldman, Mr. Sharma was an Associate Manager - Research at Sutherland Global Services, where he was responsible for leading a team to cover quarterly monitoring and reporting of the financial performance of a portfolio of 150+ private equity investments in the US, Europe & Asia-Pacific regions. Mr. Sharma holds a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate in Project Management from NICMAR University.
